During the show

Read the room — even when the room is everywhere.

Your studio dashboard shows you the crowd in real time. Watching count, gross for the night, the names of every Front Row guest, tip messages with requests, spatial audio levels so you can hear which side of the room is hyped and which is quiet.

In Front Row, you can call a fan by name and they’ll feel it the way they would in a 200-cap club. The rooms are capped at ten so the conversation is real, not a flood.

What we handle

You play. We handle the rest.

“Go live with one button” isn’t marketing copy. The infrastructure underneath that button is the next nine items.

Streaming infrastructure

IVS for 2D, LiveKit for VR and Front Row. Three streams in perfect sync. Sub-second latency in group rooms. We monitor latency and quality continuously.

VR camera rigs

5K stereoscopic 60fps via partner studios in NY, LA, Nashville, Austin, London. Or bring your own — we support any WebXR-compatible feed.

Recording & VOD library

Every show is recorded automatically. Your fans can rewatch for 90 days, or buy permanent access. You decide.

Ticket pricing & Stripe

Three tiers configured automatically. Stripe Checkout integrated. We default to $8 / $25 / $75 — adjust per show in seconds.

Refund handling

If you cancel, refunds happen automatically. If a fan misses the show, they retain VOD access. We handle the edge cases.

Fraud & abuse prevention

Stripe Radar for payments. Front Row seats gated to paid tickets only. We handle takedowns and abuse reports.

Payout reconciliation

Weekly Stripe direct deposit. Live earnings dashboard. End-of-year 1099 tax forms auto-generated.

Live HUD during the show

Tip messages stream to your HUD. Front Row attendee names visible at all times. Two-way spatial audio with the inner circle.

Subscriber loyalty

Optional monthly subscription tier. Recurring revenue between shows. Early access, exclusive VOD, merch drops.

Three tiers, one show

Every show offers all three.

Common questions

Before you ask.

How and when do I get paid?
Stripe direct deposit, weekly. $50 minimum threshold. You can see expected payout in real time on your studio dashboard. End-of-year 1099 tax forms generated automatically.
What's your cut, exactly?
15% of ticket sales, 10% of tips, 0% on subscriptions. The 15% covers Stripe processing fees, infrastructure, support, and platform development.
I don't have a VR camera rig. Can I still do VR shows?
Yes. We partner with studios in NY, LA, Nashville, Austin, and London with 5K stereoscopic VR rigs. Studio time is included in your show package for accepted artists. Or you can do 2D-only shows initially and add VR later.
Can I keep streaming on YouTube/Twitch?
Yes. We don't ask for exclusivity. You can simulcast to YouTube or Twitch alongside Frontrow. The Front Row experience is unique to Frontrow — that's what fans pay $75 for.
Who handles refunds if a show gets canceled?
We do, automatically. If you cancel a show, every ticket is refunded the same day via Stripe. If a fan misses a live show but you've enabled VOD access (default on), they retain access to the recording instead of getting a refund.
How are Front Row attendees chosen if more than 10 people want in?
First-come, first-served. As soon as a $75 ticket is purchased, the fan picks their seat. When all 10 are taken, the tier is sold out for that show. Subscribers get a 24-hour advance window.
Can I run multiple Front Row rooms?
Phase 1 supports one Front Row room per show. Phase 2 (later this year) supports up to 3 parallel rooms with synchronized backstage audio.
Do I have to be a verified artist with a major label?
No. We hand-curate to keep quality high, but indie and unsigned acts are exactly who this platform is built for. Your music speaks louder than your label.
