What we collect
- Account info: email, username, optional display name, optional avatar.
- Payment info: handled directly by Stripe — we never see your full card number.
- Show interaction: tickets you’ve bought, chat messages you’ve sent, tips you’ve given, what shows you’ve watched.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device user agent, latency metrics.
What we don’t collect
- We don’t track you across the web.
- We don’t sell your data to advertisers.
- We don’t store credit card numbers — Stripe does.
- We don’t share artist payout details with anyone except your payout processor (Stripe) and the IRS (1099 forms).
Who can see what
- Your username, display name, and avatar are public.
- Your chat messages during a show are visible to other ticket holders for that show.
- Your tip messages are visible to the artist and (optionally) on a public ticker during the show.
- Your email and payment info are private to you and our staff for support purposes.
Your controls
You can edit your profile anytime in Settings. You can delete your account by emailing privacy@frontrow.live; we’ll wipe your personal data within 30 days, except records we’re required to keep for tax/legal reasons.
