1. The platform
Frontrow is operated by IMINIT VR Inc. (“we”, “our”). We provide a marketplace where artists schedule and stream live performances and where fans buy tickets, tips, and subscriptions to access them.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. If we detect fraud, abuse, or harassment, we may suspend your account at our discretion.
3. Tickets and refunds
Tickets grant you access to a specific live show at a specific time. If the artist cancels, all tickets are refunded automatically within 5–10 business days. If you miss a live show but VOD access is enabled (the default), you retain access to the recording in lieu of a refund.
4. Tips and subscriptions
Tips are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel. Cancellations stop the next charge but do not refund the current period.
5. Conduct
Don’t harass, spam, or harm anyone. Don’t try to break things. Don’t redistribute or rebroadcast the streams. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for any of the above.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
