How do I watch a show I bought a ticket for?
Go to the concert page (the same one where you bought your ticket) and click Watch when the show starts. We email you a reminder 30 minutes before. Standard tickets work in any browser. VR tickets require a Quest, PCVR, or Vision Pro — open the link inside the headset browser.
I bought a Front Row seat. How do I join the room?
From the concert page, click 'Join Front Row' once the show is live. Pick your seat (the 2D placeholder shows you who's already there). On a VR headset, you'll be placed in the room with the other guests around you in 3D.
The show didn't start when it said it would.
Artists set their own start times and occasionally run a few minutes late, like any live show. If a show is delayed by more than 30 minutes without explanation, contact us and we will look into it. If a show is canceled, you are refunded automatically.
I want a refund.
Refunds are handled automatically when an artist cancels a show. If you bought the wrong tier or the wrong show, email support@frontrow.live within 24 hours of purchase and we'll sort it out.
Can I rewatch a show I missed?
Most shows are available as VOD for 90 days. From the concert page after the show ends, click Rewatch. Some artists disable VOD — that will be noted on the concert page before you buy.
